Refund policy

Every Grenadier Swag item is custom-made for you when you order. Because of that, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or the wrong size. We'll gladly replace or refund anything that arrives misprinted, defective or damaged.

Misprints, defects and damage

- Contact us within 30 days of delivery.

- Include your order number and a clear photo of the problem (and of the shipping label if the package was damaged).

- Once we confirm the issue, we'll send a free replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method. You won't need to send the item back unless we ask.

What we can't accept

- Returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, a change of mind, or ordering the wrong size or colour.

- Items reported more than 30 days after delivery.

- Wear and tear or damage caused by washing outside the care instructions.

Please check the size chart on each product page before you order. Sizes vary between blanks.

Cancellations

Orders go into production quickly. If you need to cancel, email us right away. We can cancel and refund any order that has not started production.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take a few business days to show the credit.
