Shipping policy

Everything at Grenadier Swag is printed on demand. Your item is made to order after you check out, then shipped straight to you from our print partner.

Processing and production time

Each product is made by the print provider that produces that item, so production time depends on the product. Most items are produced within 2–5 business days. We will email you a tracking number once your order ships.

Shipping rates

- Free standard shipping on US orders over $50. The discount applies automatically at checkout.

- For orders under $50, shipping is calculated at checkout based on the items and your address.

- Orders containing different product types may ship in more than one package from different print providers. When your order is over $50, every standard package is free.

Delivery times

The estimated delivery window for your address is shown at checkout, before you pay. Delivery estimates start once your item ships. Carrier delays can happen, especially around holidays.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States. If we add other countries, they will be offered at checkout.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before you place your order. Because items are made to order, we can only change an address before production starts. Contact us as soon as possible if you spot a mistake.

Lost or damaged packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find the package, or it arrives damaged, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll help sort it out (see our Refund policy).
